Tammie Rhodes, General Manager
Tammie began her career in the veterinary industry in California in 1993. Wanting to be closer to her family Tammie returned to Calgary in 1999, and began working as the Personnel Administrator for a practice with multiple locations. She spent 4 years in this challenging position, and in 2003, after she attained a certificate in Veterinary Practice Management from St. Lawrence College; she became the Hospital Director for a large, multifaceted practice. In June 2005, wanting to be back in the “small town” atmosphere and having enjoyed working with Dr. Prince previously, Tammie relocated to Airdrie and began working as the Practice Manager at Heartland Veterinary Clinic. Tammie is a certified Veterinary Nutritional Consultant and maintains a membership in the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.
