The previous vet [at another clinic] that I had taken Bromley to examined him quickly and did not allow for any questions.  He did not seem to care about Bromley.  My experience with Dr Gheorghe was the opposite.  He genuinely seemed to care about Bromley’s health.  Both Dr. Gheorghe and the vet tech allowed me to ask questions and answered them well.
